The challenge
Commercial pools and spas carry a heavy, continuous chemical load to keep water safe and clear, and that chemistry has a cost: in spend, in handling, and in the experience of swimmers and staff.
The aim was to keep the water safe and clear while reducing how much sanitiser chemistry it took to get there.
What we did
A supplemental treatment was added to support the existing sanitiser, improving oxidation and clarity so less sanitiser chemistry was needed to hold the same standard, and keeping mineral scaling under control.
The result
Less chemistry, clearer water.
This result is documented by the manufacturer rather than an independent third party, so we describe it qualitatively: it reduces sanitiser demand and improves clarity, without a published percentage.
Unlike the independently verified results elsewhere in this collection, this outcome is documented by the manufacturer rather than confirmed by a third party. We hold any specific reduction figure internally and describe the effect qualitatively until it is independently corroborated.
Why it matters
For pools and leisure operators, the chemical load is a real cost and a real part of the guest experience. This points to a way to hold water safety and clarity with less sanitiser chemistry, which we would scope and prove on your own water before you commit.
